Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes back in their original BRONX box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old tracking stickers.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
